How many directors are required to register a OPC?

There can be only one director in an OPC. If there are more than one director, please register a private Limited company.

Can I convert OPC to a private Limited?

Yes, There are 2 circumstances in which OPC can convert into a private limited Voluntary conversion: Only after two years from the date of incorporation. Mandatory conversion: If OPC has a paid-up capital more or equal to Rs. 50 lakhs or if its Annual turnover for the relevant financial year exceeds Rs. 2 crore, the company has to compulsorily convert itself into Private Limited Company

Does the address proof of place of business have to be in the director’s name?

TThe registered office address proof need not be in the director’s name. We would need a No Objection Letter from the owner of the premise.

How long will it takes for the entire registration process to complete?

It depends on the documents provided by you and the Registrar of Companies approval process. It normally takes about 15 working days.

Do I have to submit physical documents?

Yes. You can either visit our office during working hours or send the documents via courier to our office.
