Why should you start an LLP?
Limited Liability
Partners' personal assets are protected; liability is limited to their agreed contribution to the LLP.
No Minimum Capital Requirement
An LLP can be incorporated without any minimum capital contribution.
Lower Compliance Burden
Fewer statutory filings and no mandatory audit unless turnover or capital contribution crosses a prescribed threshold.
Separate Legal Entity
An LLP can hold property and enter contracts in its own name, with perpetual succession independent of changes in partners.
Easy Ownership Transfer
Admitting or removing a partner is simpler than transferring shares in a private company.
No Limit on Number of Partners
